  • We ship worldwide, except Israel.
  • Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout.
  • Risk passes to the customer once the product leaves our warehouse.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).

Full refunds are available only for orders within the European Union and in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation and reference email.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders shipped from outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  5. We inspect the merchandise and provide feedback within 14 days.
  6. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable law.
