Our trusted partners include UPS, DHL, SDA, FedEx, or TNT, all of whom offer tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Your package is shipped at our responsibility, and we guarantee to cover any losses or damages that may occur during transit and

Shipping costs

The shipping fees are subject to variation depending on the destination country. For shipments outside the EU, customs fees are not incorporated and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Timings

For in-stock item orders placed in Europe the estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 working days. For made to oder orders and extra EU Shipping the estimated delivery is 12 to 14 weeks. Please note that the stock availability timing must be factored in addition to the courier shipping time.

Return and refund policy.

In accordance with Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the Terms and Conditions, as well as the purchase agreement, for any reason, without the need for explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.

For made to order orders, no returns will be accepted.

Please ensure to include a copy of your order confirmation and provide a reference email inside the parcel.

The shipping cost to Milano will not be covered by 6:AM and will be the responsibility of the client. Once the package is received, the merchandise will be inspected, and 6:AM will provide feedback within 14 days.

Upon approval, a new package containing the revised order will be shipped by the 6:AM team.

If you choose to return your order, a refund will be issued to the bank account or PayPal account from which the payment was made within 14 days of the parcel's arrival.
