Shipping and Delivery

Every 6:AM product undergoes professional hand packaging and is dispatched through reputable courier services. Our trusted partners include UPS, DHL, SDA, FedEx, or TNT, all of whom offer tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Your package is shipped at our responsibility, and we guarantee to cover any losses or damages that may occur during transit and

Shipping costs

The shipping fees are subject to variation depending on the destination country. For shipments outside the EU, customs fees are not incorporated and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Timings

For in-stock item orders placed in Europe the estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 working days. For made to oder orders and extra EU Shipping the estimated delivery is 12 to 14 weeks. Please note that the stock availability timing must be factored in addition to the courier shipping time.

Return and refund policy.

In accordance with Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the Terms and Conditions, as well as the purchase agreement, for any reason, without the need for explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.

For made to order orders, no returns will be accepted.

- Eligibility for Returns

Full refunds are available only for orders within the European Union and in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Shipping & Customs Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For orders shipped from outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Inspection & Processing

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. You will receive feedback on the return status within 14 days.

If the return is approved, the item will be replaced or refunded, in accordance with applicable law.
